The Insert SlideDeck Modal is presented to on the first save of a new SlideDeck. It gives you three simple ways to publish your SlideDeck within WordPress. This gives you a quick and simple way to get your SlideDecks up and running. You can dismiss this notification from showing for new decks once you are comfortable with the way SlideDeck works.
Insert your SlideDeck into existing pages and posts just like you would an image. We include a nice and simple little SlideDeck button next to the Media Upload button for posts and pages. Just click on that, select the SlideDeck you want to insert and the shortcode will be added to the page/post content for you.
Click on one of the blue buttons, New Page or New Post to start a new page or post and automatically insert the SlideDeck shortcode in the content. Great for when you have just finished creating your deck for that new post.
Copy & paste this shortcode into your page or post. Just grab the shortcode for this deck, copy it and toss it into the content of your post or page. Definitely a more manual way of doing things, but it works well.
Dismiss The Notification:
You can check this box to never show the first time save notification modal again. You can still access this modal from the Manage screen, read here for more info on that.
There is a fourth way to integrate a SlideDeck not detailed in this modal, as it requires a PHP insertion into your theme templates. You can read up on that here.
