If your SlideDeck 2 License is expired, or is about to expire, you can renew very easily.
The most important part of this process is to ensure that you log in using the same username/email and password you used to sign up for your account or purchase. If you do not use the same account associated with your license key, we will show you an alert message and allow you to choose one of your own license keys to renew.
How to renew Your License:
From within the plugin:
If your license is expiring soon, click one of the renew buttons (coming soon) and you should be taken through the renewal process. Until the newer version of the SlideDeck plugin (that contains this renewal logic) is released, you must log into your account if you want to renew your license before it expires.
If your license has already expired, you should be able to go to the advanced options page and click the renew link:
From your SlideDeck account:
If you log into your SlideDeck account: http://www.slidedeck.com/login you should be able to click the SlideDeck 2 tile and click the "Renew" link under the license in question. Using this method takes you directly to the checkout page with the correct license already filled in and all you have to do is complete the checkout.
What Happens After?
Once you've renewed your license, you should get an email confirming your purchase. Your access to updates should resume immediately and your access to premium support will be renewed within 5 - 10 minutes.
